Our Limited Edition Whiskey Soaked Cherry Shrub is made with white balsamic vinegar and cherries that have soaked in high proof whiskey to make our Tart Cherry+Saffron Bitters. Its slightly sweet and a little tart. This shrub pairs well with all spirits, but especially well with whiskey. Scroll down for liquor and bitters recommendations as well as cocktail recipes.
Recommended serving size is 1/2 oz. Each bottle makes 32 cocktails

“Persian Manhattan”
2 oz Rye Whiskey
.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
.25 oz 18.21 Whiskey Soaked Cherry Shrub
8-10 Drops 18.21 Tart Cherry+Saffron Bitters
Stir over ice for 30 seconds and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with a Filthy Cherry
“Bitter Sweet Symphony”
2 oz Gin
1 oz Aperol
.5 oz 18.21 Whiskey Soaked Cherry Shrub
8 drops 18.21 Hibiscus Bitters
Shake well over ice and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with an expressed orange peel
“Charred Parchment”
1 oz Blended Scotch
1 oz Solerno Blood Orange
1 oz Vermouth
.5 oz Whiskey Soaked Cherry Shrub
8-10 drops Havana+Hide Bitters
Stir over ice for 30 seconds, strain into coupe glass and garnish with either a filithy cherry or orange peel
