Our Japanese Chili+Lime Bitters are our spiciest bitters with back notes of citrus and a smoky element. They are perfect for a spicy margarita or Bloody Mary and will add a layer of spice to any cocktail you want to give dimension to. Scroll down for recipes.

"Blood and Fire"
2 oz Knob Creek Rye
1/2 oz 18.21 Blood orange+Ginger Shrub
1/2 oz Aperol
10 drops 18.21 Japanese Chili+Lime Bitters
Shake well over ice and strain into cocktail glass with an orange twist
"Hot Tamale"
2 oz Reposado Tequila
3/4 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
1/2 oz Hibiscus Syrup
1/2 oz lime juice
12 drops 18.21 Japanese Chili+Lime bitters
"Japanese Mule"
2 oz Japanese Whiskey
10 drops 18.21 Japanese Chili+Lime Bitters
Ginger Beer
Shake well over ice and strain into a rocks glass. Top with ginger Beer and garnish with a lime slice
“Smoked Jalapeno Margarita”
1.5 oz Tequila
.5 oz Mezcal
.5 oz Jalapeno, lime+ cilantro syrup
.5 oz lime juice
8-10 drops Japanese Chili +lime bitters
Shake well with ice and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a sprinkle of sea salt and a lime wheel
