Our Barrel Aged Havana&Hide Bitters are barrel aged in Charred Oak for a rich and earthy flavor. They evoke the flavors of leather and cigar leaf. With top notes of Sandalwood, Chicory and Clove, and back notes of vanilla and cocoa, these are our most complex bitters and pair perfectly with Whiskey, Scotch and Bourbon. Scroll down for recipes.

"Barrel Aged Boulevardier"
1 oz Bourbon
1 oz Campari
1 oz Vermouth
10 drops 18.21 Havana+Hide Bitters
Orange peel
Rinse glass with bitters and add any leftover to mixing glass with all other ingredients. Stir over ice and strain into rocks glass with an orange peel
"Barrel Aged Rosemary Old Fashioned"
2 oz Bourbon
Bar spoon of 18.21 Rosemary Sage Syrup
8-10 drops 18.21 Havana+Hide Bitters
Stir all ingredients over ice for 30 seconds. Strain into Rocks glass over large cube.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and an expressed lemon peel
"Blood+Sand"
1 oz Blended Scotch
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz Cherry Heering
1/2 oz 18.21 Blood Orange+Ginger Shrub
10 drops 18.21 Havana+Hide Bitters
Stir all ingredients over ice for 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a Filthy Cherry
